This seminar is specially designed for investors in Singapore with little or no prior knowledge of investing. This seminar outlines the fundamentals of investing – understanding annual reports, financial statements and using these data to conduct a simple valuation on the company to derive its fair value estimate. Participants will, after this course, feel more comfortable when analysing a company for investment purposes. This seminar seeks to provide the necessary tools to begin your investing journey. The seminar will include short case examples and real life illustrations which will help reinforce the learning concepts and outcomes.

Trainer’s Profile
Goh Tee Leng is the Portfolio Manager of Heritage Global Capital Fund, having over five years of experience in the financial marketsand author of InvestingNook.com. He is also the Director at Tat Hwa Group, a privately-held, family-owned investment holding and management company, serving as the foundation of the Group’s umbrella of companies and subsidiaries. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker at investment conferences held by SGX, RHB and CIMB, and his investment-related articles have been published internationally. Tee Leng graduated with a BSc (Hons.) Economics degree from University College London (UCL).

Changes
Singapore Exchange reserves the right to make changes to the time, date, syllabus, speakers, venue or cancel the course if warranted by circumstances beyond its control.
Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellation for a registration must be made in writing at least 10 business days before the event and a refund (less a 10% administrative fee of total course fee) will be made. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the event. All requests for replacement must be made in writing at least 3 business days prior to the event.
