Trainer’s Profile:
Theron Lam, CFA
Theron joined Schroders in July 2018 as a Product Development Manager. He has 11 years of working experience in the financial industry and his key areas of expertise include investment product development and structuring of mutual funds and exchange traded funds across all asset classes. Prior to joining Schroders, he worked for Amundi Asset Management as a Product Development Associate Director and his responsibilities include developing a product range that supports the regional distribution business of Amundi for both its retail and institutional clients. Theron started his career in the financial industry in 2007 as an Equity Product Specialist with the private banking unit of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Theron is also currently a CFA charterholder.
