Billy Toh

Billy is an Investment Advisor with CGS-CIMB, licensed with SC and covering the Malaysia, Singapore, and US markets. Before joining CGS-CIMB, he was an economist at RHB Investment Bank, covering Thailand and the Philippines economy. He was with The Edge Malaysia for two to three years, covering the Malaysia economy, capital, and political development, including the 1MDB scandal etc. He started his career with Great Eastern as one of their scholar in Malaysia and was with their Investment team for about 2.5 years.

He graduated from University Malaya with a Bachelors Degree in Statistics.”
